Final tasks
Here I present some of the most visual final tasks of the syllabus "Happy Island", so you can have a better idea of the proposal.
Final Task 5, gamification. (Dobble)

Students, divided in small groups play the dobble game (matching images card game) using the vocabulary studied with a new rule: to take or leave a card you do not only need to find the same image but also write it and say it aloud. Students will have visual written support in flashcards on the walls. The winner of each group will play together in a final round. At the end of the classroom we sing Christmas English songs and reflect in assembly about our holidays plans.
Final Task 7, emotional education.

Teacher provides students, divided in groups, cardboards with different feelings face´s expressions to color and decorate as well as word-boards with the feelings and emotions that relate the cardboards written on it. Once the work is finished, students from different groups relate the images with their words that will be glued in the wall creating an Emotion-metre in which students will be able to relate their daily emotions with the images to recognize how they feel. It will be used for some routines and tutoring labor to learn how to manage emotions.
Final Task 9, service learning approach
Students decorate white T`shirts with their favourite characters and write the character`s names on it. Some student`s parents will come to help. Then, we send them to Ethipia, collaborating with Skate like Lion ONG.




Final Task 10, taking care of our planet. Recycling handicraft

1. Students bring from home material that pollute our environment, as plastic bottles, straws or aluminum foil. Then, we will make a collaborative big handicraft to decorate the hall of the school promoting the protection of the environment.

2. Teacher provides a silhouette of a whale in a big paper as a mural, it is the favourite animal of Miss Ecology. Student decorate it employing the recycling elements they have gathered as the example in the right button of the image.
